This jurisdiction is selected with reference to the registered domicile of Dongguan Ruibi Technology Co., Ltd. in Dongguan. This provision is subject to applicable mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction by level and exclusive jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a different court to hear a particular dispute, those mandatory rules shall prevail. Where a separate written sales agreement, purchase order or OEM/ODM agreement contains its own dispute resolution provisions, those provisions shall govern the relevant transaction to the extent of any inconsistency with these general website terms. 18.
